January 7, 2012 Meeting

Gwen Jackson and Delores Burghardt began teaching Mimi's Elf named Stretch doll. Gwen demonstrated the construction of the head and chest. Next month Delores will demonstrate the hands and legs.

Finishing the beaded bracelet

Teri Favo’s completed part 2 of her beading class. Members were shown how to make the findings and how to attach the decorative beads to their bracelets. Teri also generously gave the members wire and the materials needed to finish their bracelets

January Mystery Dolls

Each month, for the past several months members were given a different pattern part of this doll. The dolls were completed at home and presented at our January meeting.

Christmas Celebration December 3, 2011

Our Christmas party was a celebration of our new motto “Doll making through creative skills with fun and fellowship. It was an afternoon spent with old and new friends sharing their love for creativity. We sewed, glued, ate, drank, laughed, reminisced and shared our creations.

 We look forward to a New Year filled with creativity and friendship.
